Where can I see or try a Trionic?
Trionic sells directly from our own website, so in most countries you won't find our walkers on display in shops. Instead, there are three ways to try one.
1. Try it at home
Order online and we deliver free to your door. Unfold it, adjust the handles and take one short test walk outdoors, up to about 500 m. If it isn't right for you, return it within 14 days in its original packaging. Return shipping is free, and we collect bulky items from your home. In the USA a 10% restocking fee applies – see the US return policy.
2. Meet a Trionic ambassador
Ambassadors are Trionic owners who are happy to show their own Walker or Veloped. Find one near you with our locator ("Use my location"). Your request comes to us first: we contact the ambassador and then get back to you, so a meeting is confirmed only once you have heard from us.
3. Visit us in Uppsala
By appointment you can see the full range, or pick up your order, at our headquarters and warehouse:
