10-Year Guarantee for Velopeds/Walkers*

Trionic guarantees all original parts on the Veloped and the Walker for a period of ten years from the date of purchase, excluding parts that are subject to normal wear; tires, inner tubes, brake pads, brake cables, brake cable housings, grips and textile parts.

The above guarantee is limited to the repair or replacement of a defective frame or defective part and is the sole remedy of the guarantee. Claims under this guarantee should be accompanied by a photo of the defective part, a description of the defect, the serial number of the Veloped or Walker, and a copy of the original purchase receipt. The guarantee only covers Velopeds/Walkers purchased directly from Trionic, or through an authorized Trionic dealer.

The guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly or follow-up maintenance, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the Veloped/Walker as sold, damage or failure due to accident, misuse or neglect, or modification of the frame or components.
