Hello! How can we help you?
How does Klarna decide whether to approve my purchase?
Klarna decides whether to offer you a Klarna payment option and assesses every purchase individually. Klarna may check your details before approving your purchase. How this is done depends on your country and the option you choose – see Klarna's terms for your country.
To avoid delays, enter your full name and correct address and contact details at checkout. The decision is made by Klarna, not by Trionic. If your purchase isn't approved, you can choose another payment method.
