Why isn't shipping free on every order?
Short answer:
Standard delivery is free when the products in your order, including the VAT you pay, reach the amount for your country. A Veloped or Walker on its own is always above that amount.
When companies offer free shipping on everything, the shipping cost is usually included in the product price. Instead, we keep the prices of accessories and spare parts low and charge smaller orders only the actual shipping cost. We offer several shipping options, so you can choose the one that suits you best.
