How do I cancel my order?
If you ordered the wrong product or for some reason no longer want the product you ordered, you can cancel your order. You can do this for up to fourteen (14) days from receiving your item. You do not have to return the goods to us within fourteen days, but you must report the return to us within fourteen days. Return notification must be sent via email.
You can try the Veloped/Walker outdoors for one short walk, and if you are not happy with it you can return it within 14 days after it was shipped to you.
When you have registered your return, you must pack the product in the same way as you received it, and in the original packaging. Trionic arranges free return pickup; UPS will be booked the following day and picks up the product at the delivery address. Someone must be available to hand out the product to the Shipping representative.
