Manual: Replacement of Trionic Walker Backrest Strap

Unscrew the screw that holds the strap with a 3mm allen key. 1 Unscrew the screw that holds the strap with a 3mm allen key.

Repeat on the opposite side.

Make sure that you recover the screw, the nut and the tubular spacer. 2 Make sure that you recover the screw, the nut and the tubular spacer.

Pull the strap tight and turn the nut clockwise to tighten the strap. 3 Pull the strap tight and turn the nut clockwise to tighten the strap.

Remove the main strap from the backrest padding. 4 Remove the main strap from the backrest padding.

Insert the new replacement strap into the padding. 5 Insert the new replacement strap into the padding.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to align the end of the strap with the TRIONIC logo as shown in the photo.

Insert the tubular spacer into the hole at the end of the strap. 6 Insert the tubular spacer into the hole at the end of the strap.

Attach the backrest strap to the backrest clamp with the screw and the nut. 7 Attach the backrest strap to the backrest clamp with the screw and the nut.

Attach the opposite end of the backrest in the same way. 8 Attach the opposite end of the backrest in the same way.

IMPORTANT: Make sure that you can flip the backrest 90 degrees upwards for unfolding the Walker.
