After our 86-year-old mother's walking radius decreased due to unsteady gait, and she could only move around outside the home with an escort, she considered – albeit very ambivalently – a mobility aid. A "regular" walker was out of the question for her – she had seen many people who "hung" behind their walkers and reached the limits of such a "regular" walker on every bump or curb.

When I, as my daughter, discovered the Veloped, I immediately knew the search was over – we wanted exactly this device! – and ordered it directly from Uppsala. Delivery was very prompt and traceable at all times via UPS. The sturdy packaging "exuded quality," and the assembly was also very quick and easy – even supported by a video. The customer service I contacted about a question responded very quickly and easily, and we felt and still feel very well looked after.
From the very first moment, our mother had her "Velo" under control; everything runs very smoothly, and in every detail – visually and haptically – you can feel the quality of the workmanship and the well-thought-out functionality.
Our mother was often asked about the cool design of the Veloped and the construction of the climbing bike with great interest and admiration. The difference to a "normal" walker is immediately obvious, and through training, her walking stability has already improved.
For our mother and for us as a family, the Veloped is simply a "game changer"! The "Velo" brings joy and quality of life!
In another review, we read the term "freedom machine," and that's exactly what it is! Our mother can finally move around outside completely independently again, run her errands, take a walk with our father through the Rhine promenade, and simply enjoy nature. The Veloped plows through curbs, gravel, and grass with ease. And loading it into the car is also a breeze.
We highly recommend this fantastic Veloped!

Truly an outstanding mobility aid. Very well constructed. It will truly allow you to go anywhere. It is happy on tarmac, trail and off-trail. It has enabled me to participate again in the weekly 5 K parkrun.

Life changing purchase and brilliant company
From start to finish, the whole process of buying a Trionic 14er W was easy. The walker is exceptional and has changed my life, enabling me to access terrain previously out of my range. The customer service was also exceptional and customer-friendly. Helpful, clear and polite, unlike a lot of firms who don't care once they have taken your money. I was delighted by their whole approach and obviously by my new walker! I would recommend Trionic to everyone.

Firstly, the customer service has been faultless, from the advice when ordering my Trionic Veloped, to the immediate response when, after daily use for over 5 years, I needed to order a new seat and basket.

I have little to no balance, as well as difficulty walking. The velope has, and continues to be, an absolute lifesaver. It has given me continued independence, from grocery shopping to showing off its all-terrain capabilities while I'm out walking my dog. The latter, being the main reason that I need to replace the basket and seat cover!
I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Trionic.

The people a Veloped have been patient
The people a Veloped have been patient, kind and thorough throughout the process of deciding which one to buy and then starting to use it. I cannot rate them highly enough! And the machine is excellent. No adverse comments at all; just what I wanted and expected.

My Trionic 14 walker has been a revelation in terms of mobility. I has enabled me to get out and about and is easily transportable in the car. From being able to cover a few hundred yards (slowly) I am now regularly walking around the park and thoroughly enjoying my new found freedom. Thank You.

I’m a 56 year old, C5 incomplete with balance and endurance challenges. My wife and I live out in the country and honestly my ability to help her with the daily chores of country life since my trauma in July of 2020 has been almost nonexistent.

The Trionic Veloped literally gives me a reason to smile every day. It’s rugged, stable, able to eat up gravel, dirt and grass with ease and allows me to pitch in here and there so my wife and I can again live our dream life.
I sincerely wish I would have discovered this years ago in my rehabilitation but feel blessed to have found it now. It has allowed me to go from steps and seconds to yards and minutes of being mobile before needing a rest or reset and has given me an additional hour out of my wheelchair each day.
I cannot recommend this product enough for anyone who is wheelchair ambulatory and longing to have a tad more time, range, and confidence out of their chair.

I've now completed a longer journey with my Veloped and had the opportunity to test it thoroughly. We spent 14 days at the Baltic Sea. Walks on the beach and on varying pavement were no problem. Transporting it by bus was also straightforward. I don't have the Veloped bag yet, but it's worth considering. I imagine reassembling it after the ride would be complicated.

I have finally found the perfect wheeled walker! The Trionic Veloped Tour 14er M. It is adjustable to be tall enough for me, which make a nice change, I am 6 foot and in the past walkers have felt too low, what totally blew me away was being able to walk my dog over the fields and through the woods without having to ask anyone to help lift the walker over roots, sticks or boggy areas, the Veloped with the all terrain wheel lowered just ploughs on through. The basket is perfect for putting all the bits I need to take with me and I recommend getting a bottle holder as it is perfect for holding either my water bottle or the dogs. I would have like some kind of retaining clip which could hold the two sides together when closed up, the slightest of movements and it will start to open which is a pain when trying to hoisting it into my car or if it needs to be moved out of the way in the house, I love how easy it is to remove and then refit the wheels and they are not heavy either. That being my only negative means I happily recommend the Velopped tour, it really is an all terrain walker.

On the rare occasions I have had to contact this company they have been so helpful. Advising me how to remove parts etc. Their customer service really is 100 per cent.
