Very good, in-depth and quick consultation in chat, always very friendly, quick delivery, easy to understand and punctual, all additional parts were mounted on the Veloped, only the tyres had to be attached. The Veloped is just great; my daughter once again has much greater quality of life and zest for life. It's just "cool", the Veloped!
