Dear Stefan & Johan,
Recently I brought the Veloped Tour from Oshin in California. I called Oshin a number of times before and after my purchase. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with every phone call. My last call was about a problem with one of the wheels squeaking. He explained how to adjust the brake and sent simple detailed info on the process to follow. It involved a 4 mm allen key that you insert through a hole in the metal side where the brake is located. The hole was not lined up correctly with the screw, and it was extremely difficult to place the key on the screw to loosen and then tighten it. The other side which did not need to be adjusted was made correctly. My thought is that a product that costs $1350 should have been correctly made and never have passed inspection with that situation. Other than that problem, I love everything else about my Veloped Tour.
Both Trionic buys have been absolute godsends.…

Great walker…
I bought this walker for my mother. Since we live in the countryside, it is easy to find yourself walking on uneven ground. In these moments, her wrists always hurt a lot. Now thanks to the Veloped this is no longer the case. Dirt roads and forest pa…
Veloped Sport…
Very pleased with the Veloped Sport; it copes brilliantly with the rough paths and the autumn leaves in the local park.

It drives great on all surfaces & better than other walkers…
The stability on uneven terrain is especially noteworthy. The Veloped is a bit bulky- but it can transport a lot of stuff from our dog over groceries to camping equipment, something that is unthinkable to do with any other walker I know. Walking is p…
The Walker allows me to walk……
The Walker allows me to walk on paths as well as safely cross lawns without the help of other people. The usage is possible without bending your wrists. There is very positive feedback from other people regarding the bright red color.

I wish I could give Trionic Trek 10 stars!…
I was very impressed with the speedy delivery. It feels like it was custom-made just for me and the kitty has already claimed the front basket! It came with 2 carrying bags and the extras we bought were certainly worth the overall cost.

Fantastic product!…
I'm very unsteady on my feet, but thanks to the Veloped Trek 14er M, walks in the woods are possible again and they're really fun. My dog is also thrilled that she can now explore the woods, which is her favourite activity. We are both delighted.
