Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the delivered Veloped or Walker, you are guaranteed the right to return it within 14 days after the delivery, without having to explain the cause of the return.

You are responsible for the arrangement and the cost of the return shipment, provided that you have received the correct product(s) according to your order.

If you haven't received what you have ordered (product, colour, size, etc.), or if the delivered product is damaged or malfunctioning, the arrangement and the cost of the return shipment will be borne by Trionic USA Inc.

The goods must be returned in the same state that it was delivered, i.e. new, and in its original packaging.

For any product returned Trionic USA Inc. charges a 10% restocking fee, provided that the product delivered corresponds to your order.

Once Trionic USA Inc. has received the returned goods in the same state as delivered, you will get 90% of the purchase amount refunded.

Consequences of an insufficient return
If you are unable, in whole or in part, to return the goods as received, or only able to return the goods in deteriorated condition, you shall be obliged to provide compensation for the loss in value.
